Beginner Leatherworking Workshop
Discover the traditional craft of leatherworking during this beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop.
Participants will become familiar with basic leather types, essential tools, and the techniques used to measure, mark, cut, punch, assemble, and finish leather. Step-by-step guidance will be provided throughout the project, so no previous leatherworking experience is required.
During the class, participants will create a simple leather project while practicing foundational skills such as following a pattern, making controlled cuts, preparing edges, joining leather pieces, and adding basic hardware.
Each participant will leave with a completed handmade leather item and practical skills that can be used for future projects.
